After completing my graduation, I began preparing for the Groups and UPSC examinations, driven by a desire to serve society. For a young man from a rural background, however, access to knowledge came with an additional challenge: much of the preparation material was available in English. Although I did not clear the mains, that experience gave me a deeper understanding of how language and educational opportunity can shape a young person's future.
In time, I returned to Rebbena, married and became a father. The birth of my son gave that understanding a new purpose. I wanted him to grow up with the foundations and confidence I had once struggled to acquire, without having to leave his hometown for a good education. When my search for a suitable school in the surrounding area did not meet those hopes, I began to consider how I could help create that opportunity myself.
That conviction led to the founding of Annapurna in 1999. What began as a father's aspiration for his son gradually became a shared commitment to the children of our community. Over the past 27 years, our students' academic achievements, discipline and character have earned the trust of generations of families. To me, their progress is the most meaningful measure of our work, and the reason we continue to look ahead with purpose.
My commitment is to keep our school evolving so that children in Rebbena can pursue opportunities with the same confidence as students in reputed urban schools.
As the world changes, we must strengthen communication, computer skills, curiosity and independent thinking. But preparing children to compete must not mean placing them under constant pressure. I believe in joyful, engaging learning, supported by sound teaching, regular practice and timely guidance.
We will continue adapting to future needs without compromising academic foundations or the values that give knowledge its purpose. I want our children to grow into capable, kind and responsible people: confident in their abilities, proud of their roots and ready to keep learning.
Every child deserves both a strong education and a childhood worth remembering. That is the future I want us to build together.

డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేసిన తరువాత సివిల్ సర్వీసెస్ ద్వారా ప్రజలకు సేవ చేయాలనే కలతో నా సొంత ఊరు రెబ్బెనకు తిరిగి వచ్చాను. 1990లలో యూపీఎస్సీ పరీక్షలకు సిద్ధమవుతున్నప్పుడు ఆంగ్ల భాషలో తగిన ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం లేకపోవడం నాకు ఒక సవాలుగా నిలిచింది. మెయిన్స్‌లో విజయం సాధించలేకపోయినా, ఆ అనుభవం నాకు ఒక దృఢమైన నమ్మకాన్ని ఇచ్చింది: భాష వల్లగానీ, పుట్టి పెరిగిన ప్రాంతం వల్లగానీ ఏ బిడ్డ అవకాశాలూ పరిమితం కాకూడదు.
తరువాత ఒక తండ్రిగా, మా కుటుంబం సొంత ఊరిని విడిచి వెళ్లకుండానే నా బిడ్డకు మంచి విద్య అందాలని కోరుకున్నాను. తల్లిదండ్రులకు ఇచ్చే హామీలకు తగిన బోధన అందించే పాఠశాల కోసం వెతికాను. ఆ అన్వేషణే 1999లో అన్నపూర్ణ స్కూల్ ఆఫ్ ఎక్సలెన్స్‌ను స్థాపించడానికి నన్ను నడిపించింది.
నా బిడ్డ కోసం మొదలైన ఆశయం, మన సమాజంలోని ప్రతి బిడ్డ పట్ల నా బాధ్యతగా మారింది. మంచి చదువు కోసం కుటుంబాలు నగరాలకు ఎందుకు వెళ్లాలి? మన పిల్లలు తమ కలలను ఎందుకు చిన్నవి చేసుకోవాలి? ఈ ప్రశ్నలే నా సంకల్పానికి పునాది.
గత 27 సంవత్సరాలుగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు, తల్లిదండ్రులతో కలిసి ఆ నమ్మకాన్ని ముందుకు తీసుకువెళ్తున్నాను. బలమైన పునాదులు, ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం, మన ఊరిలోనే అందుబాటులో నాణ్యమైన విద్య — ఇవే మన ప్రయాణానికి దిశానిర్దేశం చేస్తున్నాయి. ప్రతి బిడ్డ ప్రగతి ఈ కృషి విలువను నాకు గుర్తుచేస్తుంది.
ప్రముఖ నగర పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులతో సమానంగా అవకాశాలను అందిపుచ్చుకునేలా, అదే ఆత్మవిశ్వాసంతో భవిష్యత్తును ఎదుర్కొనేలా మన పిల్లలను సిద్ధం చేయడం నా సంకల్పం. అందుకోసం అన్నపూర్ణను నిరంతరం అభివృద్ధి చేస్తూ ముందుకు తీసుకువెళ్తాం.
సాంకేతికత, కృత్రిమ మేధస్సు, ఉపాధి ప్రపంచం మారుతున్న కొద్దీ భవిష్యత్తు అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా పాఠ్య ప్రణాళికను, బోధనా పద్ధతులను, అభ్యసన వనరులను మెరుగుపరుస్తాం. మన పిల్లలు భావవ్యక్తీకరణ, డిజిటల్ అవగాహన, సృజనాత్మకతతో పాటు స్వతంత్రంగా ఆలోచించడం, సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడం, జీవితాంతం నేర్చుకోవడం అలవర్చుకోవాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాను.
అదే సమయంలో ప్రగతికి మంచి వ్యక్తిత్వం తోడవ్వాలని నమ్ముతున్నాను. నిజాయితీ, సహానుభూతి, వివేకంతో ఉపయోగించినప్పుడే జ్ఞానానికి సార్థకత ఉంటుంది. తమ మూలాలను గౌరవిస్తూ, ఎక్కడ ఉన్నా సమాజానికి తోడ్పడే సమర్థులుగా, బాధ్యతగల వ్యక్తులుగా మన పిల్లలను తీర్చిదిద్దడమే నా లక్ష్యం.
విశాలమైన అవకాశాల ప్రపంచానికి సిద్ధం కావడానికి మన పిల్లలు తమ ఊరిని విడిచి వెళ్లాల్సిన అవసరం ఉండకూడదు. ప్రతి రోజూ మన కృషి ద్వారా నిలబెట్టుకోవాలనుకునే మాట ఇదే.
